Double chocolate muffin/cake recipie! yum!

Hi guys.

So today I thought I would write about the double chocolate chip muffins that I baked today! I uploaded a small picture of end end result of buns which you will be able to see at the bottom of the blog. The best thing is it needs no butter, but its a big mixture so make sure you have big bun cases! This mixture can also be used as a cake mixture and produces the most moist cakes that you have probably ever tasted!

you will need

6.5 oz plain flour

2 tbl spoons cocoa powder

1tsp bicarbonate of soda

1tsp baking powder

5oz caster sugar

2 tbl spoons of golden syrup

2 eggs

1/4 pint of milk

1/4 pint of oil

Instructions

  1. sieve the flour into the bowl
  2. sieve the cocoa powder into the bowl
  3. sieve the bicarbonate of soda into the bowl
  4. sieve the baking powder into the bowl
  5. mix it all around
  6. add the sugar
  7. mix it around
  8. add the syrup
  9. mix it around
  10. add the eggs
  11. mix it around
  12. add the oil and milk
  13. mix it around
  14. and chocolate chips if wanted

Bake for 10-15 minutes at 150-160 degrees.
